Classification of abrasive belts

1. Silicon Carbide Abrasive: It can be recognized by black sand surface. This product is especially suitable for sanding plastics, paints, rubber and wood products and grinding titanium alloys and certain cast irons.

2.Alumina abrasive: can be recognized by the red sand surface, polishing material alumina abrasive is widely used in wood and metal plus field.

3. Gray-white abrasive: The surface has a layer of stearic acid coating to prevent or slow down the blockage. This product is especially suitable for the polishing of unpainted, plastic, titanium and titanium alloys. A special product is required for economic processing of stainless steel. This product with an active grinding layer to reduce heat build-up and abrasive wear; the color of the sand surface is light red or light blue.

6. Ceramic abrasive series products: It is especially suitable for grinding high alloy steel, titanium alloy and nickel base alloy.
